IRACHI PUTTU

INGREDIENTS
rice flour-1/2kg,salt -to taste,water-1/2litre,minced meat-1/4kg,turmeric powder-1/4tsp,chilly powder-1/2tsp,coriander powder-1tsp,garam masala-1/4tsp,onion chopped-2,ginger-garlic paste-1tsp,green chiilies-2,curry leaves-1sprig, coriander leaves-1sprig, salt -to taste,oil-1tbsp.
HOW TO COOK
lightly mix salt water in rice flour until the mixture resembles bread crumps.cook minced meat with turmeric powder,chilly powder, coriander powder,salt and little water.fry onions lightly in oil.add green chillies and ginger-garlic paste and saute for few min.add cookmeat, garam masala,coriander leaves and stir .boil water in puttu maker make puttu with alternate layers of 2tbspmeat and 1/2 cup puttu powder.allow to steam on the puttu maker for5 min.
