MUTTA CHUTNEY KEBAB

INGREDIENTS                                                                                                                                                  Eggs-5hard boiled and cut length wise,egg white beaten-2,oil-for deep frying.                                     
FORCHUTNEY                                                                                                                                              Coconut,grated-1/2,green chillies-4,ginger-1/2''piece,garlic-3flakes,curry leaves-1sprig,coriander leaves-1/4bunch,lemon juice-1tsp,salt to taste.                                                                                                        HOW TO COOK                                                                                                                                            Grind coconut ,green chilly,ginger,garlic,coriander leaves, curry leaves to a paste.add lemon juice and salt and mix well.take a piece of boiled egg and cover with chutney over the cut surface.evenly dip it in egg white and shallow fry carefully.repeat the process with all the eggs.

HOT CHICKEN FRY

INGREDIENTS                                                                                                                                                    Chicken-1kg,onion-6nos,shallots-2nos,oil-2tsp,ginger-2''piece,soyasauce-11/2tsp,chilly powder-1tsp,tomato chopped-1/2cup,garlic-2flakes,dry chilly-8nos,salt -to taste.                                                 HOW TO COOK                                                                                                                                             Cut chicken into big pieces.marinate chicken with soya sauce,chilly powder,and salt keep aside for 1hr .cook chicken pieces.saute onion,ginger,garlic,shallots and dry chillies in oil.add chiken pieces and fry well.finally add chopped tomatoand saute well.serve hot.

TANDOORI CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS                                                                                                                                                    Chicken-1kg[8big pieces],curd-1/2cup,garam masala powder-1tbsp,oil-2tbsp,ginger&garlic paste-50gms,chillly powder-1tsp,lime juice-1tbsp.                                                                                                HOW TO COOK                                                                                                                                             Marinate chicken pieces with all the ingredients and keep aside for 1hr.heat 1tbsp of oil in a pan put the chicken pieces and fry till it become light brown colour.garnish with onion,lemon and green chillies.
