KANNU PATHIRI

INGREDIENTS                                                                                                                                                    Wheat flour -250gms,maida-250gms,butter-4tbsp,oil-for deep frying,salt -totaste.                                              HOW TO COOK                                                                                                                                                 Rub in melted butter into the mixture of wheat flour and maida.make a stiff dough by adding salt and sufficient water.keep aside for half an hour.divide the dough into ten equal parts and form into balls.flatten into thin rounds and smear oil on them.fold each side towards the center and repeat the same process.fry the folded side up and then the other side till crisp.
