 INGREDIENTS                                                                                                                                                       Mutton-1/4kg,ginger-2''piece,green chilly-6nos,garlic-8flakes,onion-2,tomatoe-2,pepper-1tsp,lemon-1/2,turmeric powder-1/4tsp,coriander powder-2tbsp,cinnamon-4''piece,cloves-3nos,oil-4tbsp,coriander leaves-1/2bunch,salt-to taste.                           HOW TO COOK                                                                                                                                                 Chop mutton into small cubes and wash.grind green chillies,ginger,garlic,coriander leaves and pepper.smear ground ingredients on mutton with lemon juice and salt and leave for 2 hrs.heat oil in a pan saute onion till it becomes lightly brown .add mutton ,cinnamon,cloves and saute well.add turmeric powder,coriander powder ,tomatoe and saute well.pressure cook these sauted ingredients in one cup of water for 20 min in low flame.serve hot.
